Hi NTI Learner,
Barbados’ Season of Emancipation runs from April to August. This season reminds us of how much we have transformed as a society. It is through learning about our history and culture that we fully appreciate the freedoms and opportunities we enjoy today.
Learning more about ourselves and others is part of intercultural communication. Celebrate this year’s Season of Emancipation with free courses from the NTI and Coursera. Explore and gain greater cultural awareness, better leadership and effective communication.
STARR Bajan Highlight: Rodney Grant
Listen in as Rodney Grant talks about the season of emancipation as a time of reflection (as it relates to the suffering of our ancestors) and celebration (as it relates to the freedoms we have today).
