Unpacking Mental Health

We had a chat with Chelsea Jordan and Sarah Holder, two young mental health advocates from Let’s Unpack It (LUI). LUI is a youth-led, mental health-focused organisation with a vision to forge a Caribbean where mental health and wellness are a priority. Chelsea and Sarah shared some valuable resources young people can tap into when they need support and emphasised the importance of ending the stigma against mental health. Hear how pivotal youth-led initiatives are in addressing mental health challenges on this week’s Midweek Mindset!
