Mental health issues are common, yet many suffer alone. Educating yourself and others about the causes, warning signs, symptoms and treatments for mental illnesses equips us to be more supportive of each other. Our recommended courses will help you understand mental health, self-care, and care of others so that you can practise kindness and compassion towards yourself and your loved ones.
