If you cannot access your account, the Barbados National Transformation Initiative provides guidance for such situations. After attempting a password reset and if you’re still unable to access your account, ensure the following steps:

  • Ensure you have created an NTI account and are using the correct address you used at signup.
  • Verify that you have received the activation email to access the platform. It’s suggested to check your spam or junk email folder for the invitation.
  • If you’re unable to log in, try resetting your password. On the login page, click  “Forgot Password?” to get a password reset.
  • If all steps have been followed and access issues persist, it is recommended to contact support for further assistance.
