This week’s Midweek Mindset was all heart, all vibes and all growth. We were joined by Barbados YouthADVANCE Corps trainees Kianna McCollin and Seth Knight, two young leaders currently taking part in the NTI Advance Initiative and their joy, passion and energy lit up the studio.
They shared how the programme is helping them build real-life skills in communication, leadership and emotional intelligence, and gave honest insight into what discipline, responsibility and care look like in their world.
