Hi NTI Learner,
Many of us know someone who experiences the world a little differently, whether through how they communicate, learn or connect with others. These differences, often shaped by conditions like autism, down syndrome or other developmental disabilities, deserve not just awareness but genuine understanding.

Inclusion starts with everyday choices: listening without judgment, learning new ways to connect and supporting each other’s unique strengths. This Autism Awareness Month, let’s take the time to learn more about developmental disabilities through the courses below.

A Needed Conversation 💙

In recognition of Autism Awareness Month, we’re having a much-needed conversation with Nadia Simmons and Jamella Forde from the Autism Association of Barbados. Tune in as they share their personal stories, the misconceptions they’re working to change and what it truly means to advocate, love and parent in a world that doesn’t always understand. You’ll also hear about the Association’s work and how you can support!
