We have free, easy-to-access courses on self-care, managing stress, and understanding your mental health, because knowing how to take care of your mind is just as important as taking care of your body.

LuiTheBajan, born Lucius Louis, is a fearless spoken word artist and content creator using his platform to highlight the often-overlooked mental health struggles of young people in Barbados. Known for bold activism like his headline-making 2022 walk from Grantley Adams Airport to UWI Cave Hill, Lui has become a voice for a generation facing the pressures of social media, financial stress, family expectations, and emotional isolation.

By openly sharing his journey, he encourages others to speak up and seek help, believing that creative expression, especially through spoken word, isn’t just healing, it’s a form of survival.
